Admission Process

Procedure for Admission

Application forms are normally made available online in February for a duration notified on the College notice board. The forms should be filled out and submitted online on or before the due date along with the necessary documents.

Admission to Other Classes

Admission to higher classes is subject to the availability of seats due to transfers or withdrawals.

Admission Test & Counselling

Entrance test will be conducted on a specified date. Candidates will be tested as follows:

  • Class UKG to V: English and Mathematics
  • Class VI to IX: English, Mathematics, and Science
For Students from Other Schools
  • Must have a higher percentage as per merit and availability.
  • Must submit attested photocopies of previous marksheets.
  • Must submit a character certificate from the previous school.
  • Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview along with parents.
Final Admission

Final admission is based on selection after the interview and the completion of all required formalities at the College Office within the stipulated date. The Principal reserves the right to admit or refuse admission to any candidate without assigning any reason.

Transfer Certificate (T.C.)

No admission will be granted without a valid Transfer Certificate from the last institution attended, duly countersigned by a competent government education authority where applicable.

Character Certificate

A valid character certificate from the previous school is required. The student must also agree to abide by the college’s code of conduct and maintain discipline.
