Date of Birth Certificate (attested copy only) issued by the Municipality (Nagar Palika) or a Baptismal Certificate (for Christians). Affidavits are not accepted.
Latest passport-size photograph of the candidate.
Parents and the child must appear for a counselling session with the Principal on the date and time mentioned in the acknowledgment slip of the application form.
Admission results will be notified via the college notice board. Selected candidates must submit the original birth certificate and complete all required formalities at the College Office by the specified date.
No change will be allowed in the date of birth or the name of the student once entered in the Admission Register. An undertaking must be signed by the parents/guardians to this effect as per the regulations (Cir No.: 110/7-1(5)(081-82), dated 15 Oct. 1981).
Admission is conditional on full compliance with the college rules, regulations, and fee structure as mentioned in the prospectus, including any future changes.
