Code of Conduct

  • The General Rules of Discipline & Recommendation to Parents as contained in the College Diary shall be binding on Parents & Students of this institution.
  • The Parents & Students should be thorough with the Rules of Discipline and should conform to the traditions and contribute to the high tone of the College. Students must maintain a learning environment which implies that decorum and discipline are to be observed.
  • Students should treat College Staff with respect at all times and be courteous to Fellow Students.
  • Unacceptable behaviour including but not limited to irregular attendance, academic dishonesty, neglect of homework, disruptive behaviour, loitering, and disrespectful behavior towards staff or fellow students will result in serious disciplinary action.
  • The College diary with personal record duly filled in must be brought daily to College.
  • Every student should be neatly dressed. The college uniform on all working days along with the L-card is mandatory.
  • Low waist trousers and extremely narrow bottoms for the boys are not allowed. Boys should trim their hair periodically. It must not cover the forehead or touch the collar. Bleaching and colouring of hair, spiky & fancy hairstyles are strictly prohibited.
  • Girls should tie their hair in neat ponytails or plaits with a black band. No jewellery except a pair of earrings is allowed & should not apply nail polish or mehendi during the College Session.
  • Students should be regular to college & attend their classes punctually with the lessons well prepared. The students should be inside the College Campus at least 10 minutes before the College Assembly. If the College timings are not followed continuously, strict action will be taken.

  • Students whose attendance is below 75% of the working days are ineligible to appear for the home/board examination.
  • Cellular/Mobile Phones and any other such electronic or mechanical gadgets/devices are strictly prohibited in the College. If caught, such articles will be confiscated or destroyed by the school authorities, and strict action will be initiated against the offenders.
  • Judicious use of the Internet & Social Networking Sites is expected at all times.
  • Students should converse only in English in the school premises.
  • No student will be allowed to leave the classrooms to drink water during teaching periods.
  • Students should refrain from moving in the corridors.
